The glaze on this salmon is incredible—sweet, tangy, and keeps the fish super moist. Paired with sweet plantains, roasted potatoes, and fresh veggies, this is easily one of my top choices from FillBelly's.
The Boneless Snapper with the sauteed peppers is one of my favorite meals on the menu. Clean, healthy, and high-protein without sacrificing taste. Reheated wonderfully!
The chicken was extremely tender and flavorful, and the plantains were cooked to perfection. Huge portion that kept me full all afternoon. FillBelly’s never disappoints!

Despite the initial confusion for delivery, they were responsive. It was good for the most part though the scotch bonnet sauce was missing from the fish dish. Overall, pretty good!

The portion is fine but Too much rice not enough vegetables
The food was delicious however it was delivered without any ice packs or cold packs, which is a food safety hazard. I had no idea what time the chef was coming, so especially because of that there should be adequate food temperature storage. I frequently use other meal preps, like CookUnity and Factor. Those meals never arrive without ice packs. Had l known Fillbelly would come without cold packs l would have had one of my neighbors grab it to refrigerate until l was home. Instead, l arrive home to food that had been at my doorstep, unrefrigerated for HOURS. . I texted him to let him know that I was concerned about the fact that I did not get my food for four hours because it was sitting at my doorstep and I was away from home. I did not know that he was coming at the time that he came and he didn’t even respond to messages from the previous days before. To spend $70 on food and worry about it spoiling because it is not being kept at the appropriate temperatures is ultimately, poor service. The fact that he never responded to my text message also shows that he is either overwhelmed with his business ( he told me he was the one cooking and making deliveries) or he just doesn’t care. I hope no one gets sick because he is opening himself up to liability with his kitchen practices. I guess l will stick with CookUnity.

Food was amazing. I 100 percent recommend. Please dont listen to the other people try it for yourself. Authentic jamaican food. First time trying and will be coming back for more. One container can feed two people. Unless you greedy. 😂😂😂
The food was delivered and room temperature and was not frozen. No cold packs were included, so food safety practices are questionable. Though the food was brought within the delivery window, there is no guarantee that someone will be home. This is the first time I have ever had a meal prep delivery without any type of refrigeration techniques being instituted. The food was tasty, but I shouldn’t be concerned about food safety when paying $70 for meals.
The meals were very large easily split over two meals. Tasty. Would have loved more variety with the vegetables offered in all the meals- it was only purple cabbage that didn’t warm up very well by mid week. The oxtail meal was my favorite.
I have tried every meal prep service in the Lakeland area and nothing comes close. The Teriyaki Salmon is genuinely restaurant quality. I stopped mid-bite to text my sister about it. The macros are accurate, the packaging is clean, and Wednesday morning deliveries have completely changed how I approach my week. Chef Denise's background really does show up in every single container. I have been ordering for three months and have not had one bad meal.

Vegan options that do not feel like an afterthought. That alone makes Mary's worth it. The Black Bean Veggie Bowl is filling, flavorful, and fits my macros without me having to do any mental math. Highly recommend for anyone plant-based in Central Florida looking for a real solution.
As someone who tracks macros religiously, finding Mary's was genuinely a turning point. Every container is labeled clearly, the numbers match what is listed, and most importantly the food tastes good. Like actually good, not "good for meal prep" good. The Herb Garlic Chicken with jasmine rice is my locked-in weekly order now. My coworkers have started asking where I keep getting such good lunches from.

I go to planet fitness and I recommended them to all my friends there. Everyone orders from them and they are so easy and convenient to put in the microwave at my work.
I was skeptical at first because I have been burned by meal prep services before. Bland food, wrong macros, weird textures after reheating. Mary's is none of that. The Taco Beef Bowl reheats perfectly in two minutes and still tastes fresh. Portions are generous, delivery has been on time every single week, and I genuinely look forward to Wednesdays now. My fitness coach even asked me for the referral link.

Where do i even start. Ordered the curry goat and i was nervous cause most places overcook it but this was perfectly tender. My husband doesnt even like goat and he ate the whole ting then asked for mine lol. Eating like this after a 10 hour shift?? Game changer.
I been doing meal prep with these guys 6 weeks straight now and honestly best decision i made all year. Trying to eat better but i hate bland diet food, and somehow they make it healthy-ish but still taste like a proper home cooked meal. Every container fresh, nothing soggy. Customer service answered me in minutes bout allergies too. Cant recommend enough.
