His cooking is rooted in authentic Jamaican flavors, from jerk chicken and oxtail to curry chicken, brown stew chicken, rice and peas, and hearty Caribbean-style comfort meals.

Before relaunching Fill Belly's Meal Prep, Chef Boswell owned and operated successful restaurant concepts, including Fill Belly's Meal Prep in Boston and One Bite, a Jamaican restaurant that served customers from 2019 to 2023. Through those businesses, he built a strong reputation for flavorful food, consistent quality, and meals that kept people coming back.

Now, Fill Belly's Meal Prep is being reimagined as a delivery-first meal prep service created for busy people who want real Caribbean flavor without the stress of cooking. Every meal is designed to bring restaurant-level quality into a simple weekly routine, with satisfying portions, bold seasoning, and the comfort of authentic Jamaican-style cooking.
